1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Kool Partners Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote advertiser offers and earn commissions on qualified conversions.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Weekly or Bi-weekly (based on account status)
• Minimum Payout: $100 USD (or equivalent)
• Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, PayPal, Crypto (BTC, USDT), Payoneer
• Payment Processing: 7-15 business days after payment period ends
• Holds: We reserve the right to hold payments for fraud investigation

3. Commission Structure

Commissions vary by offer and are clearly stated in each offer's details. Commission models include:

• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
• CPL (Cost Per Lead)
• Revenue Share
• Hybrid models

4. Prohibited Traffic Sources

The following traffic sources are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved:

• Incentivized traffic (cash rewards, points, prizes)
• Misleading or deceptive advertising
• Adult content (unless promoting adult offers)
• Trademark bidding (without permission)
• Email spam or unsolicited messages
• Bot traffic or automated clicks
• Cookie stuffing or forced redirects

5. Chargebacks and Reversals

Commissions may be reversed for invalid conversions, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent conversions
• Duplicate conversions
• Canceled orders or refunds
• Quality violations

6. Tracking and Reporting

We use industry-standard tracking technology. You must use provided tracking links without modification. Real-time statistics are available in your dashboard.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Poor quality traffic
• Inactivity (90+ days)

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are found.
